About the authors

Istanbul Apartments was prepared by Turan Farajova and M. Serdar Kılıç and the second edition was published by Fabrika Yayıncılık. Born in Baku, Azerbaijan, Farajova completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. After completing her undergraduate studies in Istanbul Commerce University, she received her master's degree in Commercial Diplomacy and Istanbul University Atatürk's Principles and History of Revolution. is doing.

The photographer for the book is video and photography artist M. Serdar Kılıç. Farajova has been sharing her urban history research, which she first started in 2014, with the public since September 2020, through her social media account named Istanbul Apartments.
